Connections Project

The Connections Project works to decrease the potential effects and stigma of a mental health condition while supporting Baltimore County citizens age 60+ who are experiencing or at high risk for mental health challenges. Using the evidence-based model of peer support, volunteers connect via phone, text, video chat, or in-person.
