Mind Your Mind Mondays is a fun and engaging weekly support group for older adults to connect, discover ways to keep their brains healthy, and explore valuable resources for mental wellness and aging with confidence! Sessions meet weekly over Zoom on Mondays from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM.
This session focuses on understanding how worry and overthinking can affect mood, sleep, and daily life. It explores how thoughts and stress are connected, along with gentle ways to shift focus and find a greater sense of calm. Participants will be introduced to practical, realistic strategies to help manage worry and feel more relaxed.
