Self-Care Through the Senses | Mind Your Mind Mondays

Mind Your Mind Mondays is a fun and engaging weekly support group for older adults to connect, discover ways to keep their brains healthy, and explore valuable resources for mental wellness and aging with confidence! Sessions meet weekly over Zoom on Mondays from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM.

This session explores how everyday experiences can support overall well-being and bring a greater sense of ease. It looks at how the senses are connected to mood, memory, and relaxation, and how small, intentional choices can make a difference in daily life. Simple, practical ideas are shared to help participants build moments of calm and support throughout the day.
