Mind Your Mind Mondays is a fun and engaging weekly support group for older adults to connect, discover ways to keep their brains healthy, and explore valuable resources for mental wellness and aging with confidence! Sessions meet weekly over Zoom on Mondays from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM.
This supportive session focuses on simple, practical ways to manage ongoing pain in daily life. It explores how chronic pain can affect the body, mood, energy levels, and even concentration or memory, along with gentle strategies to balance activity and rest. Participants will be introduced to realistic approaches that support day-to-day functioning and overall well-being, with an emphasis on finding what works best for each individual.
