The Consumer Quality Team of Maryland is a program of MHAMD that improves quality oversight of  Maryland’s public mental health system by recording and addressing individual consumers’ satisfaction with the services they receive. CQT uses a unique model to connect with consumers at the sites team members visit throughout Maryland.
