Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Mental Health Association of Maryland (MHAMD) and its subsidiary, BrainFutures, are seeking an experienced administrator to align all aspects of operations with organizational objectives and mission. The successful candidate will be a hands-on systems thinker, seasoned manager and creative problem solver with demonstrated experience leading strategic implementation and providing oversight of information technology systems, internal controls and finance; assuring efficient operation of human resources and all operational support services; and ensuring alignment with strategic and programmatic goals. MHAMD seeks a COO who will lead with compassion, support team members in reaching their potential, and advance collaboration and accountability across programmatic and operational teams.

Community Education Coordinator
The Community Education Coordinator supports the delivery of outreach, education, training and information/referral related to child and family behavioral health. This includes supporting success of the Children’s Mental Health Matters Campaign, the Healthy New Moms Program while supporting MHAMD’s other education and outreach initiatives related to the well-being of families.
