Consumer Quality Team

CQT makes regular announced and unannounced site visits to public mental health programs and facilities. Our teams of consumers and family members listen non-judgmentally to what consumers have to say during voluntary, anonymous, qualitative interviews. Their comments are shared through a reporting process that reaches every level of the service system. Most comments are positive and result in recognition of dedicated program staff. This method of identifying and sharing consumer dissatisfaction also results in rapid improvement in identified problems.
