Welcome to our bill-tracking section. We will maintain a list of state bills for the legislative session that could affect older adults and mental health beginning in 2006, and we will update it regularly so you can follow the progress of a bill.

To see bills of interest to mental health and aging that were tracked in the 2005 legislative session, please take a look at the bill section of the Mental Health Association of Maryland's website.

Please contact Kim Burton, Director of Older Adult Programs, if you have a question pertaining to one of these bills or if you are interested in assisting in advocacy work at 410-235-1178 x 210 or kburton@mhamd.org
