The mission of the Coalition is to bring together consumers, family members, providers and advocates to advance a unified, consumer driven public policy agenda to improve the quality of care and outcomes for Maryland children and adults who have mental illnesses. The 1outta5 Campaign seeks to ensure access to needed mental health services for the 1 out of 5 Marylanders living with a diagnosable mental health problem in any given year.
